Superb restaurant in Tarbes! If you stumble upon it by chance, you'll return with pleasure. The dishes are excellent, with plenty of choice, all à la carte, at very reasonable prices. You can create a meal for a small fee, or a little more depending on your choices! A large terrace welcomes those who want to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, and there's a lovely dining room inside. I would describe this place as bistronomic, as there are dishes that would be right at home in a fine dining restaurant. There's a daily special starting at €12.90, and starters from the menu starting at €2.50. Fabulous desserts include tarte tatin (€4.90), homemade chocolate mousse, crème brûlée, and more. A special mention goes to the delicious confit lamb shank on a bed of crushed potatoes that we enjoyed for Easter; we hope they add it to their menu soon! The baby squid in their garlic sauce are a real treat! I also love their sweet potato fries—crispy and surprisingly not greasy at all! The excellent chef is quite the character! The waitresses and waiters are attentive and always smiling! It's a joy to come here, and keep coming back! I highly recommend this place.

Good for coffee, often full. Service is quite friendly and quick. I haven't tried anything else. Maybe one day.

A restaurant to be highly recommended for all festive occasions, whether with family or alone. Enchanting setting, beautiful view. Attentive staff. Conveniently located in the city center. Large terrace. High chairs... What more could you ask for? A variety of delicious menus, admittedly pricey, but understandable given its location (Brauhauban), the ambiance, and the reality of inflation. Highly recommended!

The food is good, although sometimes it takes a little while for your order to be taken. However, the dishes arrive quickly afterwards.

During my stag do, while dressed as a flamingo, I visited the shop and received excellent service. I highly recommend this shop for the staff's friendliness, welcoming atmosphere, and professionalism.
