Hello, I went there to eat last night. It was the first time I'd heard about it and been recommended a nice place with old-fashioned decor, not too super friendly. I had a Welsh rarebit, superb, I recommend it.

A traditional Irish pub in the heart of the city, located on the Grand Place, with hops, old-fashioned tables, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere—all the ingredients for a delightful time. They serve light meals with local dishes... perfect for lunch, a snack, or an afternoon treat. We went for a beer and a hot chocolate (yum!). The place isn't very big, so it fills up quickly. I highly recommend this unique spot, where they have live Irish traditional music every month.

05/02/2026: Great setting with a fireplace used for cooking over a wood fire. The starter and main course were very good. For dessert, the chocolate mousse would probably be better with less sugar.

07/01/2026: A wonderful spot in the North of France, a very typical pub, with a smiling and attentive team. Service with a smile and good culinary advice, a selection of bottled beers and wines by the glass, carafe, or bottle. Pleasant setting with a view of the plain and the windmill above.
12/12/2025: This charming pub is ideally located with a view of Cassel. The dining room boasts original décor with numerous antique objects on display. The welcome is warm, and the local cuisine (carbonnade, fries) is hearty and excellent. There's a wide selection of local beers, including the pub's own brew, which is particularly good. You can also purchase local products in the room adjoining the dining room. Free parking is available 200 meters away.
