We went there on Sunday at lunchtime. The restaurant is small but friendly, with well-spaced and good-sized tables. Unfortunately, the wait between ordering and the arrival of our food was long (a little over 30 minutes). The food was good, but nothing special, and the price was a bit high for what it was. The servers were very friendly.

During a stroll in Cassel, this was a great find; the food and cocktails are very good. I recommend it and will definitely return on our next visit to Cassel.

20/08/2026: Lovely to stumble across this gem during a quick lunch stop in Cassel. The Carbonnade was particularly fantastic, and we enjoyed the cosy decor inside. Would recommend!
04/08/2026: I go there regularly because it's one of my favorite pubs. Good value for money and no frills...the setting is very traditional, the staff are friendly and down-to-earth, and there's a pleasant terrace.

16/08/2026: Good value for money. Very good products, the sirloin steak was excellent and everything was homemade. The service was good and we received a warm welcome. I highly recommend it. The town is very pleasant, there's a lot to see.
