Very good food, piping hot and quick service. A few tables outside, a bit dirty, but overall a very good chain with a very warm welcome.

The teams aren't quite up to speed on the loyalty program; to be fair, it's very new at KFC. So communication with customers is difficult. This will certainly improve (or not).

09/05/2026: Based on the comments, I'm going to take the opposite view. As for the food, it's pretty much the same as any other McDonald's, so no complaints there. Now, for me, the service was quite fast (Saturday evening at 8:30 pm, so...). The employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful, so overall, it was a very good experience.
07/05/2026: Erwan at the drive-thru was super nice, and he got a raise.
