19/04/2026: I ordered and enjoyed three pizzas with friends. All three were excellent, with lovely toppings and delicious crust. Special mention for the four-cheese (cream base) and the chorizo. Quick and friendly service 😃. What more could you ask for?

13/05/2026: The pizzas are no longer as delicious as they used to be, and for which we had given excellent reviews. Today, the ingredients are less generous, and the ham, cheese, and salmon are no longer of the same quality; the herbs were missing. Members of our family, who are usually good customers, went there recently and made the same observation. We were very disappointed.

05/05/2026: A terrible experience on a Saturday night. No pizzas available, mistakes in the dishes, nonexistent service: impossible to get the servers' attention, forced to get up just to get water and bread. The children's menu was outrageous at €12.90 for a syrup, a bowl of plain pasta, and a chocolate mousse. And to top it all off, the owner asked if everything was alright… even though she had witnessed all the problems. It makes you wonder if it was a hidden camera prank. A clear lack of professionalism and consideration for customers. "The art of hospitality in Balma," they say on their website...

10/05/2026: May 1st, and they already had the courage to be there and prepare the meals. They were lovely, made us feel at ease, and prepared a fantastic, hearty meal. I recommend them 100%!

25/05/2026: The atmosphere was friendly, but the service was overwhelmed on Saturday night. I didn't receive the side dishes I was offered, only the standard ones from the menu. They shouldn't offer alternatives if the kitchen can't keep up. As a result, I left the dauphinoise potatoes and ratatouille on my plate. The waitress, annoyed that her request to satisfy me hadn't been followed, assured me she would take care of it. I didn't see her again for the rest of the evening.

22/09/2025: Hello A bit of a harsh comment, I admit. The bakery is nice, the food is good. But my experience this lunchtime was CATASTROPHIC. I came across a saleswoman who gave us a rude welcome. She rolled her eyes when I dared to ask a question. Very rushed, she made it clear she didn't have time "I have some cleaning to do." I dared ask her to relax. I'd be happy to hurry, but there are limits. And then, radio silence, not a word from her. She stopped responding, ignoring me. This is the first time I've been to this bakery, and it will be the last. I've never been greeted like this. Sorry to the owner, who offers nice products, but the welcome is just as important. Perhaps a good manners course to consider...?
