17/03/2026: THE BEST PIZZERIA IN BALMA!!! Superb welcome, the pizzas are excellent, the sweet one (M&M's + Nutella) was to die for 🤪 Only negative point, on weekends you have to remember to book in advance, victims of their own success there is a bit of a wait... Don't change a thing.

19/04/2026: I ordered and enjoyed three pizzas with friends. All three were excellent, with lovely toppings and delicious crust.
Special mention for the four-cheese (cream base) and the chorizo. Quick and friendly service 😃. What more could you ask for?

A small slice of lemon tiramisu offered as a special for €10, served in a small bowl with a sloppy presentation, is very disappointing.

A bit of a harsh comment, I admit.
The bakery is nice, the food is good. But my experience this lunchtime was CATASTROPHIC.
I came across a saleswoman who gave us a rude welcome. She rolled her eyes when I dared to ask a question.
Very rushed, she made it clear she didn't have time "I have some cleaning to do."
I dared ask her to relax. I'd be happy to hurry, but there are limits.
And then, radio silence, not a word from her. She stopped responding, ignoring me.
This is the first time I've been to this bakery, and it will be the last. I've never been greeted like this.
Sorry to the owner, who offers nice products, but the welcome is just as important.
Perhaps a good manners course to consider...?

09/04/2026: Nothing changes over time; there's always one or two items missing from the drive-thru order, one out of every five burgers is missing, and a sundae is missing despite a 20-minute wait. The result is an extra 10-minute wait. As a result, everything is cold. Don't bother replying that you're sorry my experience wasn't good. Just hire more staff!
