We have just had a very good night, very clean hotel, with baby equipment, comfortable bed and very friendly staff! We will know where to stop if we go through Carcassonne again!

The hotel is quite basic. Good if you are not going to use the facilities much or if it is a passing hotel. Despite this, it has a swimming pool and several supermarkets, a shopping center and several fast food nearby. But to see the city you will need a vehicle. I didn't see any transportation options. Just the right size for two adults and one child.,not for three adults. Comfortable bed. Kettle. The shower is very slippery.

Rooms very good. Dust under the beds, no brushes to clean the toilets (not cool). Noisy at night you can hear all the trucks. very kind staff

Everything is perfect, top team!

We were on an end of year trip, we only spent one night but for me it was the best of all the hotels where we stayed, the rooms were small but the beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was in very good condition, they left you a courtesy gift in the bedside table in the room, the hotel is safe. They have a small swimming pool and a restaurant. The breakfast was not very varied but it was all very good. The employees were helpful but only spoke French. The location is bad since it is very far from the Carcassone castle, you can still go there in your vehicle. I would return to this hotel and recommend it but you must take into account its location since it is super far from the castle on foot.
