Très bon resto avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix ! C est notre 2ème experience à l Absolu : très bonne cuisine, accueil et service parfait, de bons vins abordables qu'on a énormément appréciés, une adresse que je conserve précieusement pour y revenir (on vient dans la région occasionnellement). Félicitations et continuez comme ça ! Merci Valérie et la nouvelle serveuse.

20/09/2024: The food is very delicious and the service is also very good.
05/09/2024: We were in Saint Emilion for a wedding. When we arrived, we were greeted by Camille who was incredibly friendly, immediately took our bags and brought us to our room. Our room was quite large as was the bathroom. The room was comfortable, quiet, tastefully decorated and the A/C worked quite well. It’s located conveniently to all the sites and excellent restaurants. Breakfast was very good as well. There’s a terrace next door where you can sit and have wine.

30/09/2024: Reception a little cold without really finding a reservation made by email although validated... Customers without reservations took it for their rank. Either. Careful and original dishes. Tips for pairing wine. Pleasant room, few tables so it's almost intimate. Service with good timing but we felt a little pressure. Bad day? Incorrect addition with an extra coffee but we will say that it was the little extra.
25/09/2024: A good address. Delicious dishes, pleasant and fast service.
