The best fondue in Cauterets. Excellent sparkling rhubarb aperitif.

An authentic tiny restaurant serving mountain dishes. We were very well welcomed and the fondu was delicious and hearty ! Prices are ok 👍! It is very busy so you have to reserve in advance and they don’t accept card so come prepared ! (The owner did mention it when we reserved so no problem)

Indeed, the dishes were delicious, with excellent ingredients from the main courses to the desserts, and the service was impeccable, with kind and friendly staff that we rarely see. We recommend it 100%.

A truly charming place and a wonderfully attentive owner! It's not our first time in Cauterets, and yet we're only discovering this restaurant now! The owner is attentive without being intrusive, offers helpful advice, and is very pleasant. We received excellent service and were seated comfortably. The classic and indulgent fondue was delicious and devoured! The special finishing touch was also greatly appreciated! Despite its size, the place never became chaotic. I even found that at times there was a reverent silence as we were enjoying our meal so much. I recommend the raspberry liqueur with Armagnac, which was very sweet at the end of the meal. I don't understand the criticisms... when you respect the service times, there's no problem. Very good food, pleasant setting, very friendly staff... worth doing at least once.

We came for New Year's Eve 2025. Small restaurant, but we thoroughly enjoyed the generous raclette, and they even asked if we wanted more! I'll be back.

A very good meal in this small restaurant with its cozy and authentic chalet-like atmosphere. All the products are local and excellent. The owner gives you a warm welcome and takes the time to chat with her customers. Reservations are recommended!

Authentic restaurant with excellent products. Attentive service; I highly recommend it for lovers of good food.

The fondue bourguignonne was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the only table for two is right next to the toilets. Again, it's a shame that fondue, raclette, and other hot stone grill dishes are always for a minimum of two people. It's not a whole salmon or a 1.5 kg rib of beef... why not offer individual portions?

A superb experience in Cauterets! We were desperately looking for a restaurant serving fondue bourguignonne, and this was the only one we found in the resort. We ended up having a very good meal. It's a family-run restaurant managed by a mother and daughter, both very welcoming. A special mention goes to the fruit and chocolate fondue for dessert! The price was reasonable (under €40 per person, and we were both hearty eaters).
