A pleasant stay in Blaye. The hotel is well located, the room was very comfortable and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bike storage facility was good and I also enjoyed the breakfast.

Overall, it was excellent, especially for a cyclist (the logistics and welcome were top-notch!). Storing bikes was very easy and secure, the room was spotless, and the service was excellent (a special mention for the delicious and refreshing welcome tea). I would suggest one area for improvement: the breakfast. While generally good, it could be enhanced with more local products (like yogurt) or a better presentation of the dishes: perhaps a more substantial fruit salad, or less cheese but more ham for the sports breakfast option. The idea of ​​three customizable breakfasts based on individual preferences is brilliant, but it would require a little more work to perfect the offerings. An excellent stay in Blaye especially if you’re interested in the Citadelle de Vauban, a Unesco World Heritage site. We were welcomed by madam Christina, who is the impersonation of class and politeness, with the coolest ice tea, which was a blessing after our cycling at 35 degrees in May! The room, very spacious and modern We decided to eat at the hotel which was a great choice especially in this 35 degrees outside I had the foie gras pate to start, delicious, another in out party had the soup and he said it was special And we had the local white Sauvignon with starters. My main was the veal which paired with the wine Pinet La Roquette, see my photo! And for pudding i had the cheese platter Brie, and other local cheeses, and chevre with hazelnuts At the end the local dessert wine A delight of a hotel and very good dinner Highly recommend 🥳👍

The hotel is very well located for visiting this part of the Gironde. We stayed for three nights. The room was spacious. A very good place to stay.

This hotel is very well located in the village of Blaye, a very pretty town, near the Blaye Citadel. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The pillows and shower are excellent. The breakfast is superb. There's also a lovely outdoor area for enjoying a glass of wine.

Visited the hotel for the Marathon Vins de Blaye and had an amazing time staying here. The room was big and beautiful. It has a bar with a great selection of wines produced in the region. Christine explained to us the history of the hotel and the different types of wines. The breakfast was super complete. Everyone makes us felt like home. I would definitely recommend this place.
