Cinq ou six passages à l’Embarcadère ces dernières années. Si le confort des chambres est correct sans luxe particulier mais satisfaisant pour une étape ou un bref séjour, la table offre une qualité supérieure. La carte est limitée ce qui est un critère de qualité et évite la dispersion. Très satisfait des mets produits par la cuisine, on peut regretter une diminution de la prestation de service faute d’un effectif suffisant. Le personnel présent se démène mais n’offre plus la prestation rencontrée lors de l’ancienne direction. Une attention devrait être portée sur ce point par les nouveaux gestionnaires.

Location opposite the lake. Very decent room (quality/price). Top notch restaurant. A big thank you to the butler (Sara) who was able to put us at ease from the moment we arrived. Don't hesitate for a stopover or a stay. Well done and thank you again!

Excessive price quality. No lake view room on the ground floor. A la carte restaurant only.

Passing through on a trip to Italy. Last minute reservation by telephone without reading the reviews but used to the accommodation. Pleasant surprise when discovering this establishment. Very clean, exceptional view from the restaurant room. Serving a young, professional, discreet and smiling team. In the evening stopover, very nice presentation of the dishes. Among all the Logis hotels that I have frequented, this one deserves that I take the time to write this positive comment. I almost forgot to mention the breakfast which is served from 6:30 a.m. which is a plus for salespeople. Satisfied with the quality/price ratio, I decided to repeat the experience a second time on the way back. My first feeling being the right one, I decided to post my opinion. With the hope that the elements cited will remain at this level in the future.

Very beautiful panorama, very classy restaurant, good welcome. We came for brunch, the products are good. On the other hand, I found that there was not much choice when certain products were no longer available, lack of responsiveness to restock, no plates available as well as the small spoons I had to ask for some, I Had to ask twice to get my scrambled eggs. At 35 euros per person I expected something else

Not bad but way too expensive and pretentious Overrated restaurant, not good and expensive Bresse chicken cooked as hard as a stone Quenelle with Nantua sauce without crayfish Dessert smells like the fridge Mediocre and expensive wines (Beaujolais at more than 40 E!) Unexpected fire alarm that they didn't know how to turn off We actually pay for the view of the lake, that's all The next day we went to eat the real quenelle in a bouiboui in town, much better, cheap and nice

We came often for their restaurant, with beautiful view of lake Nantua. Staff is very friendly and food is really cuisine française raffinée (though during our last visit on 7Jul, half of the dishes on the menu were unavailable, but they made it up by offering good alternatives). Note: Private parking at the back of the hotel.

On ne peut que recommander ce restaurant . Une belle salle , claire et vaste , dominant le Lac de Nantua . Un accueil un peu lent au départ , mais d'une grande efficacité ensuite , même face aux imprévus .Une cuisine alléchante délicieuse , faisant la part belle aux produits locaux et de saison . Un très bon conseil dans une carte des vins impressionnante . Et un niveau de prix somme toute très correct pour cette qualité .
