I wasn't expecting such sophisticated cuisine!
Recommended by my parents, I truly enjoyed the dishes, which were prepared with the utmost care and undeniable refinement.
The recipes are carefully crafted without altering the natural qualities of the ingredients.
I absolutely loved the pumpkin soup starter; it's truly worth it because it's bursting with flavor!
The service is excellent: quick, friendly without being intrusive. In my opinion, the best restaurant in town.

Seriously, go for it without hesitation; the numerous positive reviews are genuine.
It was our first time...but not our last! The foie gras appetizer was excellent, and the Rossini-style burger was a delight. It's a hand-cut steak, and you can really taste the difference compared to a thinly sliced steak. There's a satisfying texture and plenty of flavor, with the pan-seared foie gras adding a delicious Rossini touch.
The fish dishes are excellent, and the portions are generous.
The desserts lived up to the previous courses...we'll definitely be back!
The welcome and service were perfect, and the wine list isn't exclusively regional. A €35 menu of this quality is rare and deserves to be highlighted.
