The best restaurant in Alès and the surrounding area. As long-time customers and lovers of fine dining, we have never been disappointed by Chef Sébastien Rath and his team—quite the opposite! It's a place where we love to eat, and we are always surprised by the chef's creations. The team is fantastic. Not forgetting the famous "Gégé" at the end of the meal. I highly recommend this establishment, the entire team, and especially the owners, who truly deserve this Michelin star.

Absolutely flawless from start to finish! The food is excellent, and you can immediately tell that the dishes are prepared with truly fresh, natural ingredients. In addition to delighting the taste buds, the staff is incredibly kind: the welcome is warm, friendly, and very attentive. The overall atmosphere is fantastic. A rare find that I wholeheartedly recommend! We will be back.

We've been here before and gladly return. There's parking in front of the restaurant. The welcome is very warm. The spacing of the tables in the dining room is a plus, allowing you to chat with your companions without being overwhelmed by noise. As always, the culinary creations, featuring local artisans and producers, honor the region. The dishes are as delicious as they are surprising. A treat for both the eyes and the palate every time. We came two years ago. It was already delicious. Tonight's dinner was even better, with truly bold choices (perfectly cooked hake with a coffee sauce). Thank you to the chef for this wonderful meal and to his wonderful wife who made our experience so special.
