We've been here before and gladly return. There's parking in front of the restaurant. The welcome is very warm. The spacing of the tables in the dining room is a plus, allowing you to chat with your companions without being overwhelmed by noise. As always, the culinary creations, featuring local artisans and producers, honor the region. The dishes are as delicious as they are surprising. A treat for both the eyes and the palate every time. The three of us had dinner at Saint-Hilaire, a restaurant we hadn't been to before, and what a discovery it was! The cuisine in this restaurant reflects the team: it's simply wonderful. We went from one delightful culinary discovery to another, each one as delicious as the last. The meal was enhanced by the non-alcoholic wine pairings suggested by the sommelier.
