It's been a long time since I've been so surprised by the flavors of food and since I've enjoyed dining in a restaurant so much. And what can I say about the sauces... Have a small spoon ready to savor every last drop. Exceptional. Bravo.

A superb restaurant where we celebrate special occasions. We are a vegan couple, but each time the menu is adapted (you obviously need to let us know in advance) with truly satisfying options that cater to the tastes of other non-vegan diners.

Beyond an exceptional meal, it was a wonderful encounter with Chef Sébastien and his wife. A truly moving day. 250 km home, and the flavors are still fresh in my mind. I'll definitely make the trip again.

Simply incredible. A warm welcome, impeccable service, and remarkably creative cuisine—refined, elegant, and absolutely delicious. Each dish is a discovery, conceived with precision and great sensitivity. As a vegetarian, Sébastien took the time to completely adapt the menu for me, with an attentiveness and generosity that deeply touched me. Far from being a mere alternative, each dish seemed to have been created with the same level of exacting standards and refinement.
