La Baita sur Chamonix-Mont-Blanc

Lovely, well equipped hotel. The food was delicious, lots of options and varying the specialities each day was really welcome. What made the hotel was the staff, really friendly and helpful and superbly knowledgeable about local amenities/facilities/services. We loved the spa too and popped in there a couple of times. Our only slight complaint were the smelly lifts! Don't know if it was the carpets or just that we mis-timed going in after a smelly guest, but we always felt like we had to hold our breath in the lifts! A minor point though compared to our overall feeling about the hotel which we adored.

Everything was wonderful, staff friendly and really wonderful hotel. Just a couple minutes walk from everything including the busses to the mountains. Would happily stay again!!

Coming as part of the solikend site, we were welcomed like all the other customers. We had a very pleasant stay with Mont Blanc visible from our bed...what a joy. Quality hotel and restaurant. Thank you for your welcome :)

Magnificent view central location impeccable service careful decoration and very clean especially the Spa

Everything was top notch except the spa was average because of relatively small size and icy path to the sauna outside. Good amount of varieties at the buffet for breakfast and dinner.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Would have preferred more drinks choice at the bar. Also, it would have been useful to have been informed of the local tax charges in advance that were applied when we checked out.

The experience is nice, except for the parking, which is very expensive, 30€

Room spacious and pleasant but a little noisy. The staff always attentive and with the greatest sympathy. It’s always a pleasure to come back.

This hotel is truly superb, and offers very good services. Our room was very beautiful, tastefully furnished and very spacious. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked. The SPA is also very beautiful and offers great services. A heated outdoor swimming pool would be a fantastic plus! The hotel also has covered parking, which is very useful in winter. I highly recommend!!!
