I highly recommend it... The waitresses were attentive, approachable, and friendly. Excellent French cuisine (Savoyard tarts *2...1 flank steak and 1 children's menu). Perfect value for money... One drawback: no local wine served by the glass. And congratulations to the waitresses for their athletic prowess!

Excellent restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff are incredibly friendly. The terrace is lovely with its view of Mont Blanc.

Discovered this place in spring 2025. Fantastic! We went back without hesitation on Saturday for lunch and were very satisfied with the food, atmosphere, and the whole team – they were very pleasant, smiling, and professional. We'll be back! Corinne

Le Refuge Payot

10/09/2026: A paradise of cheese, charcuterie, and gourmet products. Incredible. We had the cheese and wine platter outside, which was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it.
31/08/2026: A huge selection and good quality products. However, there are too many items available for tasting, which prevents people from browsing because they seem to be there more to eat than to buy, and this detracts from the overall experience. Just a thought, of course.
