They have a great open wine list and the children's menu was excellent. It's a shame they didn't have open champagne, but you can't always have everything.

Fine restaurant with friendly service. The terrace is centrally located and lovely for eating and enjoying everyone walking by. The traditional steak tartare was tasty, but we found the salmon a bit bland. However, combined with a Chablis and nice weather, it is a nice place to sit and eat.

A very nice restaurant with a warm welcome. We shared a pleasant moment. As a vegetarian, I asked for a modification to my burger and was very surprised when the chef offered me vegetarian patties, which I was delighted about as I wasn't expecting it. My burger was delicious! The Côtes de Gascogne wine was excellent. Thank you to the team for their welcome and to the chef for accommodating my request. 👍😊😁

Excellent meal (the salmon tartare was very, very good). A minor point: the butcher's cut was cooked slightly undercooked. The samosas and escargots appetizers were a delight. The waitresses and waitresses were attentive; there was no need to ask for anything, everything was on the table (water, bread), and there was even a bowl of water for our dog. Thank you ☺️

12/09/2026: As soon as you step into the tea room, you're greeted with a smile. A young and dynamic team is there to pamper you and ensure you have a truly indulgent and relaxing experience. The drinks are very varied, and the homemade ice cream and pastries are delicious. I highly recommend this establishment.
19/06/2026: During my walk through the old center of Troyes, I came across this cute little shop, and since I really love tea, I popped inside! There is a large assortment of tea and you receive professional service from the owner. I bought several types of tea and they taste great!! The coffee is probably excellent too, but I am not a coffee drinker so I can't comment on that!🙂
