La Basse-Cour, France sur Pau

Hello, despite a lunch taken a la carte (spending €106 for two), the portions of fish were "light" served lukewarm on cold plates. As for the roasted pineapple, small portion and we're looking for the rum! Damage.

Dishes chosen from the menu, everything was excellent, with special emphasis on the truly delicious chicken Ballotines. Cozy atmosphere and very pleasant staff.

The setting is nice, the atmosphere very cozy. The people present were very friendly. Unfortunately we must have had a bad day. The waitress, although lovely, seemed inexperienced. We ordered a shandy and a sweppes and lemon Martini: we had a non-alcoholic beer and an ice cream Martini. We then asked for a sea bass fillet with fries and salad instead of the vegetables served, we had the vegetables without fries or salad... I couldn't eat the vegetables which I didn't like at all. everything, I drank the non-alcoholic beer and my companion his dry martini but it wasn't what we asked for. I'm still a little hungry. Too bad, the rest was perfect!

The trout salad is ridiculously small for the price, it's very exaggerated. I asked for a bb ss béarnaise ms non-compliant order...otherwise very good. Too bad your sign has no visibility from the outside. We don't know that there is a restaurant
