Just before leaving for IDF I stopped by for a coffee to stay awake on the road and we loved the decor!!!! We'll come back for more next time.

25/08/2024: The menu offered by the Méson Chalut restaurant is unique in Saint-Malo: a flawless menu, refined cuisine and high-quality local products. The herbs and flowers are picked in the garden of the owners, a couple very invested in a sustainable and local approach. The chef's experience in renowned establishments is reflected in the composition of the dishes. The service is professional and warm. One of the most beautiful addresses in Saint-Malo!
17/08/2024: J’ai découvert le « Chalut » grâce au guide Michelin. Une carte très simple ( deux menus) entièrement consacrée aux poissons délicieusement préparés par le chef authentique artisan Grande qualité des poissons Une petite salle de 20 couverts Et l’accueil sympathique et chaleureux de l’épouse du patron

09/09/2024: The place is extraordinary of course but the cuisine is of the same level. We were very well received, calmly despite the large crowds, it's nice to have a waitress who is calm and efficient. The pancakes were truly delicious, we had a great time!! An address that was recommended to us by someone local and who didn't lie to us. Thank you Carole 😚
