La Belle Epoque (Palais Beaumont) sur Pau

Another excellent evening at La Belle Époque! We were already familiar with the place, but once again, we weren't disappointed. It's truly a charming spot, with a lovely view of the Palais Beaumont and a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. And above all, the staff are incredibly attentive. Each time, we receive a very warm welcome, with lots of thoughtful touches that are truly appreciated. When it got chilly, they offered to let us in if we were cold, and as it was starting to get dark on the terrace, they even brought us a small lamp so we could continue enjoying our evening outside. And what can we say about the menus? Always delicious and well-crafted. The cuisine perfectly complements the pleasant setting and warm welcome. It's exactly these kinds of thoughtful touches that make you want to come back. We highly recommend this place. We'll be back with great pleasure!

Very friendly and efficient welcome

The staff are friendly, the food is excellent, and the service is superb – nothing but praise.

Superb location with a magnificent terrace overlooking the Pyrenees. Very attentive and personalized service. Delicious homemade foie gras. I'll definitely be back.

Nice restaurant with a lovely view, day menu during the week makes it worth it for a nice experience. Waiter spoke English so we managed to communicate, fortunately ☺️

A wonderful discovery! The staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the setting of the Palais, Beaumont Park, and the pond from the terrace is lovely. The lunch menu was excellent value for money. I highly recommend it! 🤩
