Often very good; refined cuisine, pleasant decor and ambiance. Sometimes, like on certain evenings, the service is slow and the dishes a bit "light," the staff perhaps understaffed...but they remain pleasant and professional. Usually a restaurant in the Palais Beaumont, highly recommended.

A light meal, perfect for the warm weather. A well-executed starter: pearly hake and a delicious poached pear with mint and chocolate. Every plate was emptied, even though there were eight of us.

Lunch during the week, as every year when we're in Pau. Always excellent value for money (€19.50 for a starter/main course/dessert) and a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains from the terrace.

We had a wonderful time at La Belle Époque restaurant. The food was delicious and generous, which is becoming rare these days! The service was impeccable and friendly. We will definitely be back!

But what a truly delightful experience it is to come and enjoy a menu where the food is simply delicious and to receive such wonderful guidance on the wine pairing. Hats off! 👌
