Acabamos de pasar una semana en Alsacia y básicamente tuvimos tarte flambee (Flammekueche) todos los días para el almuerzo, así que terminamos probando bastantes lugares diferentes. ¡La Binchstub era nuestra favorita! Manteca de cerdo muy sabrosa, perfectamente cocinada y servida en una configuración más moderna por camareros súper amables. ¡Un lugar realmente genial!

Cuando en un tour a pie, nuestro guía turístico recomendó este lugar. Nunca lo habríamos encontrado de otra manera. Lleno a explotar poco después del mediodía. Nos sentamos en una larga mesa con otros. Disfrutamos de un gran almuerzo, y haciendo nuevos amigos. Compartimos una tarta flambe y una ensalada para el almuerzo. Tienen vinos y cervezas listados en una pizarra grande. Por lo tanto, es fácil ver justo lo que estás sediento. Obtiene la señal de aprobación de Radtel.

High quality flambéss, the best I've tried. They only have one style of beer, which is Belgian blonde, but the beer is very delicious! Pique pub atmosphere, very good!

Incredibly delicious food and a great atmosphere! The tarte flambée is not only incredibly tasty, but also authentic - exactly as it should be. There is also fantastic beer from a local brewery, which is also impressive. The service is warm and you feel welcome from the first moment. A place that you would actually want to keep for yourself, but it is so good that you simply have to recommend it to everyone!

A surprising experience. A very small room with 25 seats, a large table awaits you, a moment of sharing and immersion to delight you, the manager is incredibly kind. If you want to immerse yourself in a family setting and eat amazingly tasty homemade flam', look no further!

Small, fine restaurant with very good tarte flambée and a landlady who treats the guests well and creates a good atmosphere. The atmosphere is uncomplicated and you can quickly come into contact with other guests. It was casual, delicious and the best evening of my trip to Strasbourg. Be sure to reserve!

26/09/2024: It's very cozy, a nice boss, attentive waiters. The cuisine lacks a little bit of vegetable accompaniment but it is very good, especially the main course...the desserts also lack a little choice because in these restaurants you want to taste everything that is traditional so a gourmet coffee must be on the menu...MTN it was a good little restaurant.

18/12/2024: Service is really good, place is cosy and warm but food wise not the best place in town. Yes the food is alright good but quantity wise it's a bit lacking for the price and type of plate you order (except maybe for the salad that seemed huge). Order a Tarte flambée or salad and you'll be fine. For baeckeoffe or choucroute I think there are better addresses to go to (if you want value / taste for money).
12/12/2024: Very warm welcome, friendly place. And a big thank you for showing us the Christmas market locations on the way down to Colmar.
