Very cozy atmosphere! We had a great evening here at Binchstub Gayot and the flammkuchen were some of the best ones I ever tasted.

Really liked the cozy interior and the kind server.
Unfortunatley the Classic one was a bit too sour for us.
Monaco was a really good drink.

The best flammekueche in town. The atmosphere and service are as good as the menu. Go without hesitation, but don't forget to book!

The atmosphere is amazing, small and charming.
The waiter is in a great mood, very friendly, and cool 😀
The food! SIMPLY TOP-NOTCH! The value for money is unbeatable.
We'll definitely be back!
It would be a good idea to make a reservation before visiting the restaurant. Just like we did 😀

Great restaurant, excellent tarte flambée, just a bit of a cold, poorly insulated place, but otherwise very good.

Delicious tarte flambée. Quick service. Very small and poorly ventilated space. It's okay in winter, but it must be more difficult in summer. Reservations are necessary.

We shared four tarte flambées between four people, and they were all amazing! The one with goat cheese and honey was the best for us, but the others were also excellent.
I've never eaten such good tarte flambées!

The culinary experience at this place is worth the trip. Indeed, the tarte flambée, "the traditional one," is light and flavorful (the only one I tried), with a reasonable price.
The atmosphere is unique, joyful, and festive. However, the layout is a double-edged sword. It's part of the charm, but at the same time... it's a drawback. There's a central island with seating all around it. And... TWO tiny tables that are practically IN the wall, with half-seats that don't allow you to sit down properly or even face your dining companion. Extremely UNCOMFORTABLE, don't risk it. (If a customer leaves before you, you can always ask to change seats).
As for the service, a word of advice: it's best not to be easily offended. Despite her smile, we found the waitress's attitude unprofessional: some of her responses were unnecessarily sharp or condescending, peppered with inappropriate remarks that made us feel judged rather than advised. In short, a concentrated dose of "pseudo-friendliness" that made us feel as small as our seats.
