We were told there would be "a bit" of a wait. In the end, we waited for over an hour in armchairs. The staff, while friendly, were completely overwhelmed. Other people were in the same situation as us and were fed up. It's best to just say it's full and suggest people go somewhere else rather than subjecting themselves to this. All this for a bland and expensive meal. Okay, we're in a ski resort, I'm willing to pay more, but at least it should be worth it. I'm giving it 3 stars for the staff, but otherwise I would have given it 2.

We stumbled upon this restaurant one lunchtime and were pleasantly surprised by the decor and the warm welcome from the staff. The daily menu was excellent and very good value for money, with impeccable service. We'll definitely be back; a great experience! 👌

The setting is magnificent; the hotel and restaurant are superb!
The meal was good, and so was the wine.
The service could be improved, but it was the beginning of the season, so the staff were still getting into the swing of things, so it wasn't a big deal.
However, the raclette, while very good, was a very small portion!

Located within the Hotel Les Marmottes, La Biskatcha restaurant offers a pleasant setting that is both modern and traditional. The service is attentive and caring, although occasionally a little slow. The dishes are good and well-presented, with carefully considered flavors, but the portions could be a bit more generous.
A great place to enjoy a convivial meal in a chic mountain atmosphere.
