We've eaten at La Blanche Hermine several times. A warm welcome, delicious crepes, and having the salad on the side is a great idea! I highly recommend it, we'll definitely be back 😉

This isn't my first time eating at La Blanche Hermine, and it certainly won't be my last! The staff is very welcoming, the products are of excellent quality and locally sourced, and we're always informed about the origin of the ingredients. Every day, they offer a savory and a sweet crêpe that isn't on the menu, which allows us to break out of our usual routine and discover new flavors. I 100% recommend this restaurant. It's best to make a reservation as it's often full, but the staff always tries to find you a table when possible! Thank you for these fabulous crêpes, and see you soon!

One of my favorite spots to eat buckwheat savory pancakes. Organic local flour as well as local ingredients arz combined into original meals. I had a roasted endives and smoked trout crepe in a béchamel sauce!
