We discovered La Blanche Hermine during a weekend in Bergerac. I highly recommend it!!! Welcoming and delicious at a more than reasonable price. The galettes are to die for. Despite being busy, there was no excessive wait. We went back the next day. :-) Top-notch

At La Blanche Hermine, come one, come all! The cider is so good, it'll make you happy. The original crêpes are generous. The plate is empty. The body says, "That was good!" The heart says, "Thank you!" We'll be back. The team is super welcoming, smiling, and efficient. BRAVO! Every time, we have a wonderful meal. See you soon! Françoise

05/08/2026: A truly wonderful place, the menu is superb and the portions are generous! The only slight drawback was the relatively long wait… so don't plan anything too close to the start of service. But the main thing is there: top-notch food and very friendly waiters/waitresses!
03/08/2026: Beautiful setting. The food was very, very good. The wait was far too long—an hour and a half just for the starter and main course. Luckily, the restaurant had few tables. We cancelled our dessert order. One of the very kind waitresses apologized, however, she clearly wasn't our assigned waitress. Ours was texting in the dining room in front of the other customers while she was clearing tables! Either she had a personal problem or she was incompetent. We have mixed feelings about the excellent food but the disastrous service. We asked for our child's dessert at the register and got it to go (the crepe was very good).
