From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was very good, even excellent. Refined and elegant, the appetizer's delicious mix of textures was truly superb. The fish of the day: monkfish with chanterelle sauce, a real delight. To finish, a Pavlova with a surprising sweet and savory combination, but very flavorful and fragrant.
