Probably one of the best restaurants in the area! Excellent dinner, very refined and highly original. The experience of the desserts prepared by the chef using his superb trolley is worth the trip alone. Very pleasant service.

A truly wonderful discovery... dishes crafted with finesse yet respectful of the ingredients, especially local ones. We were captivated by the woodland-cured meats for the starter, the hake medallion with Francay saffron, and the Contres poultry for the main course. And for dessert, a real originality and a bold choice by the chef: not a dessert trolley, but a "mounting trolley" (as he called it). This means a base to choose from among four different desserts (including a chocolate one for those who love it), which are then enhanced by the chef himself with homemade sweets (creamy, crunchy, etc.) (try the walnuts!). As for the wines, a fine selection including local wines, some surprising like the Romorantin. The service is efficient and friendly, provided by the chef and his wife. In short, an excellent experience! We will return if we are ever in the area again and will not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.
