Stop so much appreciated in this divine place. The surprises in the mouth follow one another in this menu at 48 euros. Explosion of flavor. Each product enhances its flavors and their combination creates a magical experience in the mouth. I loved ! A superb visual and great originality in the presentation of the products on the plate. A work of art ! A great moment of happiness!

We always receive a warm welcome The cook is very kind and her preparations are delicious. The server always takes the time to come to our table and chat with us. The service is impeccable. I have become a regular and I sincerely recommend this restaurant. Good evening Warmly Amber ❤️😊🥰

Great discovery! Original, delicate, refined and tasty cuisine. A very warm welcome and the very pleasant young waitresses who know each dish they present to you. An incredible culinary journey! We came several times, with family, friends, lovers... And we loved the moment each time! At the Botte d'Asperges, you are welcomed by Maud's smile, then your taste buds are thrilled by Stéphane's cuisine! Quality of products (from the region), unique flavors and textures, always the right combinations, presentation and plating... What talent, what creativity! Well done ! Stephane Bureau is an outstanding chef, who offers us sublime cuisine, gourmet, elegant and mastered. When he goes from table to table at the end of the meal, we listen to him speak with passion about his cooking and we feel that he likes to share and introduce others, and we can only congratulate and thank him! And come back !!

Not all dishes are equal. We recommend taking meat. Unfortunately we had a bad experience during the service. One of the waitresses probably wasn't trained enough. Also problems with the addition. However, this restaurant remains attractive for its value for money for gastronomy.

Excellent restaurant with very pleasant staff. We loved it, from start to finish. The beetroot dessert particularly touched me. A real plus: the non-alcoholic food/drink pairing which was surprising but very good. We will come back.

Hotel de France Restaurant

14/12/2023: I came with family for 4 nights. First time in this hotel. Apparently change of ownership recently. What can I say about this hotel? Let's start with the positive: Warm welcome and smile Hotel a little dated but which exudes a certain charm. (you be the judge) Small and cozy restaurant room This is what I remembered. Let's move on to the negative and sorry but the list will be longer. The main thing will be on the hygiene of the room and there are complaints Very dusty bedroom spot filled with insect corpses. Painting hanging on bed filled with dust Very average heated air conditioning. I pushed it all the way due to the rain, the cold even at 30 degrees it was more brazing of air Let's go to the bathroom Shower tray with black reflection (with bleach it becomes white again) Shower glass not cleaned (Trace of water and soap) Shower head fixed on the verge of falling and dust on it for a while Very rickety wall cup holder Integrated hairdryer not usable (Do not work) Toilet very average state of cleanliness I hope that the owners will do what is necessary to bring themselves up to standard (3*) Another slightly negative point The restaurant waitresses shocked me a little with their attitude towards customers. (Trouble, laugh with them like your friend) Unless I must be too old school. So sorry for all that I wish you the best for the future and that you rise. But 69 euros the price of the night and which is your lowest price you are far from it.
24/10/2023: Hotel near the Beauval zoo, very clean room even if the decor is a little dated but the new owners have not completed the work. The welcome is excellent both from the owners and the waitress.
