As for the food: mission dangerously accomplished… we left far too happy and probably a little too full 😄 Delicious dishes, delightful surprises, and a wonderful time spent with you.

The waiter is attentive and pleasant.
The chef offers dessert at the end of the meal with a little surprise.
The establishment is very clean, well-maintained, and pleasant. Take a good look at the menu beforehand, as the dishes won't appeal to everyone's palate. The ingredients are carefully prepared and fresh.

Amazing restaurant in a small town in the Loire valley. The chef is an absolute artist who plays beautifully with superpositions of flavors and textures. A true elevated gastronomic experience that won’t break the bank.
Extra points for being able to adapt the menu to a vegetarian like myself ;)

A warm welcome, typical regional dishes, and affordable prices. The food is carefully prepared and original, with a special mention for the desserts. I highly recommend it; you can eat there with your eyes closed.
