The team at La Boussole is very helpful and attentive to their customers' needs (we had several requests for a baby). The meal was also excellent. We highly recommend it!

Quick service. The dish was well-presented and seasoned. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The entire service flowed smoothly. The recipe book for the dishes listed on the menu is available for purchase.

Food was delicious, service was great. We didn’t book and the restaurant was extremely busy but we managed a table outside which was perfect. Around €100 for 4 people, wine and soft drinks. Would definitely go again.

My partner, a friend, and I had lunch here this Sunday, and I highly recommend this restaurant! We had a wonderful meal, the service was excellent, and there was very little waiting between courses. We had a lovely time.

10/07/2026: A perfect place for a culinary journey, and much more... Under a shaded terrace, we enjoyed a (very) generous brunch made with high-quality ingredients. We almost forgot we were in the heart of La Rochelle. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
12/06/2026: A truly wonderful spot right in the heart of the city, on Place Verdun. The welcome is incredibly friendly and warm, and the menu offers a great selection of original dishes, including five very well-thought-out breakfast options. The first option features a delicious French toast croissant. The lunch menu is also very original, offering salads and dishes that, as the menu itself describes, "take you on a journey." I highly recommend it!
