This historic establishment is a haven of pleasure. Ample parking. A most welcoming atmosphere. An excellent menu that reveals the chef's delight in creating it, punctuated by numerous, flavorful, and original touches. Unique tableware. A well-balanced wine list. Everything is locally sourced, including the decorative elements. How lucky the residents of Amboise are to have such an establishment! But we, the locals from Fondettes, had a truly delightful time. Don't change a thing...

A restaurant that warms the heart; the staff is impeccable, polite, and welcoming. You feel right at home, and the quality-to-price ratio is one of the best. A wonderful discovery.

A truly remarkable experience. Knowing that there are only two of them in the kitchen commands even more respect! Everything was superb! The cooking, the seasoning… The dining room, admirably managed by the chef's wife, embodies exactly what a great restaurant needs: a true hostess, attentive and present, the soul of the place… The balance between the kitchen and the dining room is perfect. Special mention goes to the pastries, often the weak point elsewhere, but here they were of a very high standard, precise and indulgent. We chose the 8-course tasting menu, at an absolutely reasonable price considering the quality and effort put into it. My partner and I have been to countless restaurants, but one like this… it's something else. A place that leaves a lasting impression, that stays with you, and that you'll still be thinking about long after you get home. THANK YOU

We had the six-course tasting menu and found the value for money to be excellent. At first, the portions looked small and we thought it might not be enough, but we ended up feeling completely satisfied and couldn’t even make it to dessert. The wine was extraordinary, and the welcome was absolutely wonderful. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. It truly felt like a fine dining experience that made my husband’s birthday even more special and memorable. The only very small detail was the silence in the dining room, as there was no background music. A soft, light background playlist — perhaps classical or gentle music — could make the atmosphere even warmer and help break the silence a little. Aside from that, everything was very enjoyable. A delightful and refined gastronomic experience with outstanding service, excellent value for money, and a truly memorable atmosphere for a special occasion.
