A top-quality restaurant; everything is exquisite from start to finish. The welcome and service are impeccable. It truly lives up to its name of gastronomy. I highly recommend it. An address to remember and share.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Upon arrival, there was free parking and a charming garden. The room was standard, in a rather old building, but it did the job. The real surprise was the restaurant and breakfast. After reading the numerous reviews, this definitely influenced our decision to stay here, and we weren't disappointed. The front-of-house staff was superb, full of personality, and extremely friendly. We had a lot of laughs. The kitchen staff also seemed extremely friendly. And the food was flawless. A real treat!

In a word: excellent 😍. Not only is the cuisine exquisite and of high quality, but the entire team is also exceptionally kind and friendly. The prices are high, but commensurate with the quality of the dishes. A must-try for a special occasion, whether with your loved one or friends. 👍🏻😃

Delicious! Having come several times for birthdays or other occasions, we have never been disappointed by the welcome, the quality of the interactions with the owner or the sommelier, and the dishes are divine; we have never had anything to complain about, and we eagerly await our next visit.

This historic establishment is a haven of pleasure. Ample parking. A most welcoming atmosphere. An excellent menu that reveals the chef's delight in creating it, punctuated by numerous, flavorful, and original touches. Unique tableware. A well-balanced wine list. Everything is locally sourced, including the decorative elements. How lucky the residents of Amboise are to have such an establishment! But we, the locals from Fondettes, had a truly delightful time. Don't change a thing...

A restaurant that warms the heart; the staff is impeccable, polite, and welcoming. You feel right at home, and the quality-to-price ratio is one of the best. A wonderful discovery.

A truly remarkable experience. Knowing that there are only two of them in the kitchen commands even more respect! Everything was superb! The cooking, the seasoning… The dining room, admirably managed by the chef's wife, embodies exactly what a great restaurant needs: a true hostess, attentive and present, the soul of the place… The balance between the kitchen and the dining room is perfect. Special mention goes to the pastries, often the weak point elsewhere, but here they were of a very high standard, precise and indulgent. We chose the 8-course tasting menu, at an absolutely reasonable price considering the quality and effort put into it. My partner and I have been to countless restaurants, but one like this… it's something else. A place that leaves a lasting impression, that stays with you, and that you'll still be thinking about long after you get home. THANK YOU
