La Brouette restaurant is beautifully situated, with a breathtaking view of the village of St. Paul. The interior is warm and inviting with rustic decor. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the traditional dishes, especially the famous smoked trout.

The manager is simply fantastic, and the homemade cuisine is excellent from start to finish.
The restaurant is unique, from its entrance through the parking lot to its traditional decor. A great find, we'll be back!

A superb discovery in Saint Paul de Vence! 🇩🇰 The restaurant La Brouette offers authentic and refined Danish cuisine. The welcome is warm and the atmosphere friendly. Access is quite challenging with a narrow and steep car access ramp.
But you'll discover a haven of peace with a view of Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
The cuisine is excellent, with the trout smoked in the fireplace...

A unique place, with a special identity and atmosphere, the likes of which are rarely found these days. The cuisine is simple and delicious; the smoked trout 🐟 is the best we've ever eaten. We'll definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I had dinner here on August 17th. We booked after finding the restaurant online and can confirm the excellent reviews. We chose the tasting menu, and despite the owner—a truly kind and welcoming man—being alone that evening due to a personal issue, the evening was magnificent. The location is stunning, surrounded by nature and just a stone's throw from Saint-Paul-de-Vence. We ate and drank very well: more than a dinner, it was an experience, almost a journey. We absolutely recommend it, without any negative comments.
