We had a wonderful time. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. You can taste the expertise and attention to detail in the kitchen. The welcome was warm, and the service pleasant and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant's atmosphere is convivial and invites you to have a great time. We ate very well and had a truly delightful experience. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return.

What a wonderful experience for a group of Quebecers on a Tuesday after the Hospices de Beaune wine auction! Sébastien, the superb waiter, and Charlotte in the kitchen, made for a truly memorable time in Beaune. A fantastic place to recommend, and a superb wine selection that exceeded our expectations. Bravo to everyone! We will be back!

Absolutely delicious. The food was some of the best I've ever eaten. The selection of wine was great and the suggested red is now my favourite. I will come back here next time I'm in Beaune.

04/02/2026: This place is spectacular. The Chef and the Service were special. The menu was price fix. My wife and i shared all the items. Everything was delicious. The pigeon and snails were especially good. The flavor combinations were unique and delicious.

22/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, very high-quality food, original dishes, generous portions, perfect service! Just one very minor drawback, but not unique to this otherwise excellent establishment: the slightly high price of the wines, unfortunately a common issue in the region. Highly recommended.
23/01/2026: My favorite place when travelling to Beaune. La Maison du Colombier is a must stop for any Burgundy lover. The wine list is one of the best i've ever seen, with fair prices. The food is delicious, well made, with high quality ingredients. Antoine, the sommelier, is very knowledgeable, explaining with precision every wine and suggesting always the right one. The other staff is very kind and welcoming. Highly reccomended!
