Just perfect dinner, small menu of dishes from which it is difficult to make choices, large wine list accompanied by valuable advice. The atmosphere is both intimate and very warm, an open kitchen which leaves no doubt about the quality of the service. We will come back, guaranteed to enjoy ourselves from start to finish, thank you and well done

Excellent restaurant!
Fresh, seasonal and perfectly cooked products.
The setting is very pleasant with a small interior courtyard and the service is perfect!

EXCEPTIONAL!! We loved our dinner at La Buissonnière. Short menu, mostly local products and (obviously) a very nice wine list. Great accuracy of seasoning and cooking. Sublime from start to finish (special mention to the snail toast and sweetbreads).
Thanks to Sebastien for his welcome and his recommendations (he knows how to talk about his products and share his passion) and to Charlotte his wife who officiates with great talent in the open kitchen. We really enjoyed this dinner, the best of our vacation, no less! See you soon, we will be back.

After a 2-day stopover in Beaune, we were looking for a restaurant to round off our vacation.
We came across the front of the establishment by chance while shopping.
After a pleasant phone call with the manager/salesman, we reserved a table and it was really great!
A warm atmosphere and perfect decoration.
Delicious cuisine and impeccable service with wise advice. I strongly advise you to stop at this establishment to have a beautiful memory of your stay!

I really enjoyed this simple, well-decorated restaurant, with a very attentive staff and wonderful food! We only ate the starters (but many of them), which were a fusion between french cuisine and other influences, such as Spanish or Asian.
The wine list is impressive and please don't miss the fondant au chocolat, which was a great surprise!
