A superb dinner! The menu is small but everything is excellent from start to finish! The wine list is superb! Remember to book as the room is not very big 😉

Ein Restaurant mitten in der Stadt, in dem es sensationell gutes Essen und eine hervorragende Weinkarte gibt. Wir hatten heute Abend karamellisiertes Kalbbries und hervorragende Filetspitzen vom Charolais Rind. Als Vorspeise angegebratene Chorizo Scheiben belegt, mit Ziegenkäse und auf Brot serviert. Ein Käseteller hat das Abendessen abgerundet. Als Wein gab es einen Chablis und einen 2017 Savigny les Beaune. Die drei Mitarbeiter haben uns sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich bedient. Hier kommen wir wieder her. Empfehlenswert ist es einen Tisch vorzustellen. Am gestrigen Abend kamen immer wieder Gäste, die abgewiesen werden mussten. Alle Tische waren belegt.

Superb food and service. Small and simple menu, but with excellent quality and fresh produce. 10/10 Would highly recommend. Quintessentially French, but very accommodating of English speakers!

Excellent. Great service. Very good advice. A big congratulations to the chef. Not to be missed if you go to Beaune. To recommend the sweetbreads.

I had lunch there a year ago, and since then I have had the opportunity to try many restaurants in Beaune. A real favorite at all levels: the value for money, the Atmosphere, welcome, quality of wines.

12/09/2024: Gem of a place that we stumbled on while visiting this beautiful town. Warm welcome, lovely atmosphere and fabulous food, not cheap but worth every penny. Would return without hesitation when passing (also dog friendly 😊)

02/12/2024: This was absolutely the best meal of my life. I ate at four Michelin star restaurants in France. All were amazing. But L’Ecusson was in a class by itself. Atmosphere is modern, chic, and understated class. The service was fantastic. Every plate of food was a piece of art. Seriously stop reading this and make your reservation for this truly special and memorable meal. Meals like this are a special moment.
