This restaurant serves modern French cuisine, incorporating Asian herbs and ingredients. The fried vegetables, reminiscent of tempura, and the roasted white fish with yuzu were wonderfully fragrant, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside – absolutely delicious. The wine selection is outstanding. I will definitely visit again.

Excellent restaurant, top-notch welcome and service, the food is very refined and delicious. A very limited menu, which is really great. Plenty of wines available by the bottle and by the glass. A bit pricey overall, but still excellent value for money when you want to treat yourself. 🙂

Excellent restaurant and a wonderful discovery during our stay in Beaune. From aperitif to dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The menu is small, and they prioritize organic and local products. A delightful lunch with friends in a setting enhanced by tasteful décor. The service was impeccable and attentive.
The intentionally concise menu showcases fresh, seasonal produce, expertly prepared. The seasonings were perfect, the cooking techniques masterful.
It had been a very long time since I had tasted sweetbreads so delicately prepared.

We had a wonderful time.
The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. You can taste the expertise and attention to detail in the kitchen.
The welcome was warm, and the service pleasant and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant's atmosphere is convivial and invites you to have a great time.
