An exceptional discovery. Everything on the menu was tempting. The sweetbreads were the best I've ever had. It was hard to choose between the frogs' legs, snails, and bone marrow for a starter... The wine list is extensive and offers something for everyone. If we return to Beaune, we will definitely eat there again.

A superb discovery during our holiday in Beaune! Exceptional and very refined cuisine, with impeccably fresh ingredients. The service was very pleasant, provided by the owner himself. You can truly feel his passion. My husband is on a low-carb diet, and the dishes were easily adapted to his needs. A big thank you!

Excellent if you are looking for quality, a different cuisine, thought out and with knowledge. The sea bream, surprising and delicious. The chocolate fondant cake, too. A close and at the same time exquisite treatment. It is not cheap but worth every euro you pay. Highly recommended.

Great restaurant discovered thanks to CHATGPT 😅 The prices are quite high, but the quality is definitely there. Not necessarily ideal for children. In any case, we ate very well in a nice setting 😊 I recommend it!

05/08/2026: This is the second time I've eaten at this restaurant, and I thoroughly enjoyed it; the meal was perfect from start to finish. It's in my top three favorite restaurants in Beaune. The atmosphere is pleasant, the dining rooms are located in vaulted cellars, it's lovely, and air-conditioned. I'll definitely go back. I will go back.

24/08/2026: The food at À la Chiboulette is excellent! The dishes are prepared with great skill! They are generous and delicious! The service is also top-notch!
15/08/2026: As a former regular under the previous owners, I'm not finding the flavors I enjoyed there. The service is very professional, the wine list is still extensive, but the problem lies with the food. The dishes are beautifully presented but sorely lacking in flavor from start to finish. Perhaps the new chef needs to adjust the technique…
