Small cafe which may have an old-fashioned side but this Cuban atmosphere with the music that goes with it and the smile of the waitress (or owner) make the place very warm despite the rain of the day

Meat at the top a treat and consistent with the requested cooking, the fries? Homemade fries are so rare... perfect welcome and service, the prices? For the region? Very reasonable so don't hesitate to go...

Stop completely by chance. 5/5 for everything. Setting, staff, cuisine, quality-price. If it could be like this more often. They should give lessons to some people. In any case absolutely delighted. Thanks for everything

A great discovery today for our family lunch. A dish of the day (chicken with lentils and Thai-style quinoa) was excellent, the fried nuggets for the little ones were just as delicious. The waitress was adorable, professional and full of humor. The place is clean, cozy and very pleasant.

Une belle découverte aujourd’hui pour notre repas de midi en famille. Un plat du jour (poulet aux lentilles et quinoa façon thaï) excellent, les nuggets frites pour les petits étaient tout aussi délicieux. La serveuse a été adorable, professionnelle et pleine d’humour. L’endroit est propre, cosy et très agréable.

Restaurant B. Collon - Auberge de Letraz

11/08/2024: Sublime place to rest and recharge your batteries. The service is truly excellent, the whole team is on top and takes the smallest care. Not to mention chef Sacha who makes tailor-made dishes, me who was there 1 week before a triathlon, the whole hotel was attentive to my requests. Thank you I highly recommend and I will come back, I promise!!! But this time my children.
10/08/2024: I went to this hotel to enjoy its spa with my daughter. The welcome given to us was perfect, both during the reservation and especially during our presence in the establishment. The receptionist kindly accompanied us to the spa where we were able to enjoy a space that was as clean as it was pleasant. We then opted for a massage, the two people who took care of us were extremely kind and very professional. We received service worthy (or even superior) of the greatest hotels, a truly enchanted interlude which made us want to come back for a future stay in this magnificent Hotel!
