High-quality regional products. Nothing like the other restaurants in the resort... here everything is homemade. The dishes are carefully prepared, generous, and truly delicious. I highly recommend it!

A perfect 5 out of 5 for this restaurant on the slopes of the St. Lary ski area! Charming welcome, typical and comfortable dining room, warmed by a pellet stove, and homemade cuisine. That day we enjoyed a generous burger, the daily special (which was a well-prepared Flemish carronade), and a very good children's menu. Simple, efficient, quick, and friendly service. Highly recommended.

A wonderful time at La Cabane 1700! A fantastic discovery with a warm and attentive welcome. Comforting cuisine with generous and carefully prepared dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We especially loved the roasted Camembert! We appreciated the chef's dedication and attention to detail; she clearly takes pride in creating beautiful plates. We'll be back; we need to try everything on the menu ;)

21/02/2026: Passing through St. Lary for a hen weekend with my girlfriends! A visit to the ICC was a MUST! Why? A fantastic atmosphere guaranteed! Amazing tapas! And staff always attentive to their customers! A special shout-out to our wonderful Pascaline!!! All the best to you both, and we'll definitely be back very soon!

14/02/2026: Excellent savory crêpes (numbers 9 and 11) and sweet crêpes (numbers 52 and up), made with quality, locally sourced ingredients selected by the owner. The whipped cream was excellent and served in generous portions. In short, this place seems to be a must for crêpe lovers. A little piece of Brittany in the mountains...
13/02/2026: Not only are the galettes and crêpes excellent, but the service is quick and the manager very friendly. Having visited quite a few crêperies, this one is by far the best! The place was full, with only one person serving and one in the kitchen: hats off to you both, and thank you again!
