La Galette d’Or is clearly a must-visit in Saint-Lary-Soulan and a real gem!
The waiter is incredibly friendly, a real workhorse: despite the restaurant always being packed, the service is ultra-efficient and there's hardly any wait. A small team, but remarkably efficient!
A major plus is that the origin of the products is clearly indicated, which for me is a true mark of quality. The galettes and crêpes are generous, indulgent, and simply delicious.
I highly recommend this place!
A little tip: remember to book at least 1 to 2 days in advance, especially during peak season.

I forgot to post my review, but the experience was so fantastic that I absolutely had to!
We ate incredibly well from start to finish, and the atmosphere in the dining room was amazing. The manager gave us a very warm welcome: despite the restaurant being full, he didn't hesitate for a second to seat us—there were three of us, including our German Shepherd. Even the other customers were delighted by his presence!
I'm usually very critical of restaurants, but I really couldn't find a single thing to complain about. An excellent place!
