Don't hesitate to visit La Cabane en Ville for delicious vegan dishes in the heart of Aix! We had dinner there with friends and everyone loved it, including the non-vegans. On the evening of our visit, the menu offered many varied options, including gluten-free, and everything we tried was incredible: a flavorful vegetable terrine, a hearty and incredibly satisfying Buddha bowl, and a pepper tartlet that blew everyone away... The portions were truly generous, the atmosphere friendly (special mention to the rock 'n' roll decor), and the manager was very attentive. The dining room isn't very large, but by booking a few hours in advance, we easily found a table for five. I highly recommend it!

Finding a fully vegan restaurant in France is tough at the best of times, but to discover one that delivers delicious, creative dishes at a very reasonable price is one in a million! We ended up having a 3-course lunch and had zero regrets, as it was one of the best plant-based meals we've ever had. To top it off, the serving & cooking all appeared to be carried out by a one-man band, who was super friendly & accommodating. Highlights were the Aubergine Muffin & Cannelloni, which had a sensational "ricotta" inside.

What a wonderful restaurant with amazing vegan dishes in the beautiful Aix en Provence. The server seems to also be the chef, and he works hard. Our table ordered the pasta, the ribs and a middle Eastern dish plus two fabulous appetizers. I highly recommend this restaurant for vegans and non vegans alike. It was a welcome relief after searching through hundreds of menus across France for vegan dishes on our trip.
