On vacation in Carcassonne for a few days, the St Roch was our favorite restaurant, whether it was the waitress or the waiter they were both great whether in their smiling and jovial attitude or in their professionalism, the delicious cuisine, I, who love tartare, loved discovering it cooked in your way, Mr.'s instructions regarding the meat were perfectly respected, whether for the kitchen, the atmosphere or the team, it was flawless, thank you for this evening. very friendly (PS: don't trust the opinions of people on family vacation who take photos of restaurant toilets 😀)

The food is very good however the service is extremely long. We arrived around 12:15 p.m. we had the starter at 12:50 p.m. and the main course at 1:20 p.m....

While passing through the region we had the vegetarian lasagna and the lamb shank with thim. Good value for money. To be tested.

I had 18 euro set menu. The starter :goat cheese salad was great. It was a very tasty fresh salad with good salad dressing. The main : steak pasta This was ok. The sauce does not have much taste. Desert: pear tarts This tart was delicious. Reasonable price for set meal. Also, waiters are pretty friendly.

Passing through and coming by chance, we had a great time. Value for money 👌. Cassoulet and little minervois perfect and thanks to Thibault who managed it well 😋

I can’t believe some of the negative reviews of this place. I had the cassoulet de chef and my girlfriend had the veggie lasagna. Both were delicious and arrived hot, served by an extremely friendly young lady. I did get a little bit of an eye roll from the bartender when I didn’t accept his first offer seat and instead wanted to sit outside, but really, that just added to the atmosphere. I’d definitely go back.

A beautiful evening with a good “hearty” meal we are satisfied.. a beautiful address to discover..
