An excellent experience at La Cantine du Saint Roch. The service is impeccable: attentive, friendly, and always willing to speak Spanish to make you feel right at home. The food is fantastic, with well-prepared and flavorful dishes. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to eat in Carcassonne. Perfect for a return visit.
