Superb experience and a great restaurant. I've recently moved to Carcassonne. I often come for lunch or dinner and the welcome is always very professional, the service is excellent, the dishes are delicious, and the prices are reasonable. I'm looking forward to the return of the gratinated rib steak with Cantal cheese 😉. Thank you to Redda, Laura, and everyone else for their warm welcome and professionalism ❤️

Thank you for the service. I come every day for drinks because the service is impeccable. The servers are competent and the food is spotless. The atmosphere is wonderful, and I especially love the waitress Laura—she's very professional.

The cassoulet was okay, but the sausage and duck were unfortunately very dry, probably from being in the oven too long. The waitress was very nice, but the rest of the staff were smoking right outside the restaurant and, if I saw correctly, drinking beer as well. We didn't enjoy it very much.

We had dinner here tonight and we want to thank Laura for her excellent welcome. Smiling, warm, and very attentive, she helped make our evening particularly enjoyable. Very friendly waiter. €20 set menu, very good value. Duck confit spring rolls and tuna were very good. The crumble was much less good and the pastry wasn't cooked enough.

10/02/2026: One of the oldest breweries at the entrance to the pedestrian street. 5 minutes from the station. 2 minutes from the “Chénier” bus stop. A place where you feel good… Go there and give me some news.

17/07/2026: Excellent service, and the terrace is lovely. We ordered smoothies and iced coffee. I forgot to mention I didn't want sugar in my smoothie, and they made it again.
