Boulangerie Au Bon Vieux Levain

03/08/2026: Everything is excellent. From the products to the service.
24/04/2026: The bread is good, but the friendliness leaves much to be desired.

Le Bistrot de la Paix

29/05/2026: A nice little inn. The staff are very welcoming.
26/05/2026: The hotel is well located in the historic center of Briançon, making it easy to explore the old town and enjoy the superb view from the square. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, several aspects were disappointing: We were not informed of the step at the entrance to our room, which is genuinely dangerous. The breakfast is also far too expensive for the quality offered; there are no local products, and overall it's quite mediocre!
