The hotel is well located in the historic center of Briançon, making it easy to explore the old town and enjoy the superb view from the square. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, several aspects were disappointing: We were not informed of the step at the entrance to our room, which is genuinely dangerous. The breakfast is also far too expensive for the quality offered; there are no local products, and overall it's quite mediocre!

Lisa, Lucas, and the whole team are simply delightful. I recently organized a seminar there, and my entire team, as well as myself, were thrilled. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the chalet-style rooms are very cozy, and the food is delicious, carefully prepared, and offers excellent value for money. I come here regularly for overnight stays, and it's always a real pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

11/06/2026: Excellent! Everything was perfect. We had the raclette for two. Best raclette we've ever had! 👍 A slight hiccup with the payment, though... the tip was American-style...😶 Goodbye! ✌️
11/06/2026: A warm welcome despite the late hour; we enjoyed a delicious Savoyard fondue. The cheese platter was good, and the génépi liqueur was excellent!
