Beautiful place. Very pleasant welcome. Refined cuisine.

We had a wonderful time at La Casserole. The service was impeccable and friendly, and everything was delicious.

I would have liked to give it 5 stars, but... First of all, I want to point out that I had a PriviDeal voucher for the "Résonnance" menu. Indeed, the welcome, setting, and atmosphere were top-notch. The head waiter was friendly, professional, and very attentive. The amuse-bouches were perfect, and the two starters were excellent, with sublime jus or sauce. One main course was disappointing: a rather ordinary risotto and a pigeon that was too rare for my taste. The dessert was perfect, bursting with flavor. Coffee without petit fours is very rare these days, and after consulting the menu once we got home, we realized that we hadn't been served the "Tarte à Partager," which is the second dessert. Finally, I found the drink prices excessive.

We love going to La Casserole, again and again. Each visit is a pleasure, a chance to discover and rediscover flavors, dishes crafted with finesse and a touch of indulgence. The atmosphere is elegant without being stuffy; you immediately feel at ease. And since the arrival of the new chef, there's something extra special: an energy, a creativity that makes the experience even more delightful. An address we wholeheartedly recommend 😊

The citrus-infused langoustines from Maison Bâches confirm an ever-improving level of skill, surpassing even the previous version. The cod in a bread crust, accompanied by a shellfish emulsion, delights with the precision of its flavors and the balance between simplicity and indulgence. The citrus dessert elegantly extends this harmony, its tasting experience enhanced by a citrus liqueur that adds real depth to the palate. This is a restaurant that, over time, affirms its excellence and offers a refined and thoroughly satisfying experience with each visit.

New chef, new cuisine… WE LOVE IT. It's simply excellent (I highly recommend the langoustine starter for its explosive and unexpected flavors). You feel right at home, but in a truly elegant establishment. A superb wine list and attentive staff.

The Casserole is reborn. Since the arrival of the new chef, Cédric Kuster's restaurant has reached a new level (which, in my opinion, is leading it towards a Michelin star). The combination of flavors is perfect and incredibly delicious. Cédric's service is top-notch (on par with the best head waiters in three-Michelin-starred restaurants I've ever experienced). Special mention to the sommelier for his excellent advice and well-stocked wine list.

He is Kevin Stroh a Young talented chef, Excellent food,amazing menu, great service, very helpful staff and sommelier to advise you, wonderful atmosphere. I would come here again and would recommend this restaurant.
