A great find in the heart of Clermont. Generous portions and an excellent truffade.
Plus, the owner is from the south!
Friendly atmosphere.
I highly recommend it.
The desserts were good too.
And the highlight... A bottle of Calvados placed right on the table with the dessert for tasting.
We'll definitely be back!

The owner is incredibly friendly and the waiter was also excellent. We had a business lunch for 15 people, and they took us without a reservation on a weekday evening.
Not being from Clermont, we tried several truffades there, and La Cassolette is by far the best.
A fantastic place not to be missed!

Fantastic restaurant in the heart of Clermont, a must-visit for everyone! The truffade with chanterelles was hearty, perfectly seasoned, and piping hot—everything you could want :) with plenty of options for everyone, vegetarians and meat-eaters alike.
And even the sides: the small salad, the bread, the Kir—everything was high quality, truly a delight! I highly recommend it 😍

A cozy, Auvergne-style atmosphere—what more could you ask for!
We had the truffade casserole with chanterelles; it was excellent and incredibly delicious.
Our dog was extremely well received, and it's the first time we've seen a dog menu. She loved it, thank you!
