Honestly… the best of the best. If you want to eat quality local food, you can go there without hesitation, and especially on an empty stomach!! Special mention for the staff! We love it

A wonderful discovery not far from the Gaillard tram stop. The welcome and service were excellent. The meal was truly superb, with generous portions, a delicious dessert, and the icing on the cake: Calvados to accompany the coffee. We had a lovely time. Thank you.

While on a seminar in the region, we discovered this little restaurant tucked away on a side street! A small, unpretentious restaurant with fantastic traditional Auvergne cuisine! It was simply hearty and delicious! The service and welcome were always with a smile! I highly recommend this restaurant!

The manager was really friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and we felt at ease without being overbearing. The waiter was also very kind. The food was delicious; you can tell they use good quality ingredients, and honestly, for the price, you get a very good portion and excellent quality. It's worth noting that the salad and cold cuts (which were very good) are unlimited. We had planned to have dessert, but the main course was so generous that we skipped it. The owner even provided ibuprofen upon request—a very thoughtful touch! We'll definitely be back when we return; it was fantastic!

This restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand was a wonderful experience. We discovered a regional specialty: truffade. We enjoyed our meal on the terrace with friendly service, creating a relaxed, family atmosphere. If we're ever back in Clermont-Ferrand, we'll definitely return.

While visiting Clermont, we were looking for a small restaurant, and what a find La Cassolette was! Local produce, delicious flavors, quality, and generous portions. Not to mention the salad dressing with walnut oil 😋 and a big thank you for the warm welcome, especially for our four-legged best friend 🐾 who was not forgotten, but rather pampered.
