Thank you for everything, the Auvergne meal was excellent! Quality products, top-notch and attentive service, truly a wonderful place! I especially enjoyed the roasted Saint-Nectaire cheese, which was superb!

Highly recommend this slightly quaint restaurant in what I assume is a very old building in Clermont. We had the smoked trout and cod to start. I had the Truffade avec Charcuterie, and my husband had the Pepper Steak. I had never had truffade before, and it was delicious! Rich but oh so tasty. It's essential melted cheese and sliced potatoes. The steak was perfectly cooked and very flavourful. My husband had creme brûlée for dessert and said it was wonderful. The service was friendly and professional. Madame spoke English, which was helpful, and was very patient with my mediocre French. If you want to taste authentic Auvergne food, this is the place. The reason I deducted points from the atmosphere was the bright lights on the wall that were quite distracting.

A fantastic experience at this typical Clermont-Ferrand restaurant! We tried the truffade, a local specialty, in both vegetarian and classic versions: both were a hit! Thanks for the delicious meal :-)

Fantastic food! The menu is simple yet features truly excellent ingredients. Everything is homemade except for the ice cream and coulis (which are listed on the menu, so that's very fair). The owner is exceptionally kind. A very pleasant experience in a lovely atmosphere!

Traditional Auvergne cuisine at reasonable prices. Family atmosphere. Generous portions. Excellent charcuterie and Limousin meat.
