A very welcoming restaurant. The staff is friendly and we were greeted and served quickly. The meal was excellent, as was the dessert of the day: French toast with salted caramel, speculoos, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was delicious! A big plus: the dishes are incredibly original; you won't find them everywhere, and that makes all the difference. Excellent value for money! Thank you, La Cave des Rois! 🤴🏼 Laura

After visiting the Château de Chambord, we chose this restaurant because everything is homemade. The welcome was warm and attentive. We enjoyed a delicious meal; the portions were generous and the ingredients were high quality. And the staff was incredibly attentive.

Restaurant located on the grounds of the Château de Chambord. Friendly staff and the wild boar loin (served with fries and salad) was perfect. A generous slice of tiramisu for dessert. A very pleasant place, though it could use a fresh coat of paint. On the other hand, the parking is expensive and requires payment.

26/01/2026: Fantastic restaurant, we loved it! The staff were warm and friendly, the food delicious, and the view of the castle breathtaking. For starters, we had a perfect egg with mushrooms, and it truly was perfect: a delight. Then came a wild boar stew, meltingly tender and fat-free, also delicious. To finish, we had a floating island with pink pralines and a poached pear with chocolate sauce, a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The prices are very reasonable, excellent value for money. In short, top-notch! I highly recommend it, and I don't understand the Google rating; luckily, I didn't rely on it. A huge thank you to the entire team of servers and the chef!

28/01/2026: We had dinner and were delighted with the service throughout. Everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to dessert, and thank you for the thoughtful touch with dessert. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive to their guests.
12/01/2026: We had a wonderful time. The welcome was warm, the staff attentive, and the decor chic without being ostentatious. The dishes were beautifully prepared. Bravo for the pâté en croûte! And a special mention for the estouffade with its fruit compote.
