For the second time in a few months, I had the pleasure of dining at La Cave. It was a truly enchanting experience both times. Rarely do you come across such quality. Pascal's warmth with his knowledge of wines and suggestions testify to a great and rich vision. The unprecedented, passionate cooking quality of la Cheffe Alison takes you completely to the exclusive level of this wonderful, extremely atmospheric restaurant.
