La cave Profonde sur Schiltigheim

Restaurant in Schiltigheim. Lovely outdoor terrace. Very friendly waitress. Varied menu, but predominantly Alsatian. Excellent tarte flambée. Dame Blanche (Alsatian dessert) too. Reasonable prices. Pleasant place. Second visit in January 2026. The service is still just as friendly, as is the setting. We opted for the pizzas (2 pizzas for €20). They were classic, no-frills, and good. It cost us €20 including an aperitif, pizza, a glass of wine, and a cappuccino. What more could you ask for? A good address in Schiltigheim, one of the few in this neighborhood that still serves traditional cuisine.

Pleasantly surprised. Excellent restaurant. Generous and high-quality dishes. Very good food and staff ready to meet your expectations.

A wonderful discovery! Refined French cuisine, quality ingredients, and delicious dishes. The atmosphere is warm and elegant; you immediately feel at ease. The service is attentive and professional, without being stuffy. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will gladly return.

The brunch on December 26th was excellent and exceptional, both in terms of the quality and variety of the dishes, which were fresh, creamy, and plentiful. La Cave Profonde is a must-visit in Schiltigheim... and not just for this brunch. It's delicious every day.

A superb discovery, coming from Reunion Island, the restaurant has managed to showcase the cuisine and the charms of Strasbourg.

What a fantastic find this restaurant is!! The traditional cuisine and Alsatian specialties are truly delicious. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the owners are absolutely lovely, friendly, and incredibly kind. It's a shame we live so far away because it would be my favorite restaurant! I highly recommend it to everyone, whether you're just passing through or live in the area.
