Best bakery in Pontarlier! They have so many choices, it's incredible, keep up the good work!

Excellent quality bread, incredible pastries, and a lovely place to enjoy a coffee and a treat. We went back several times during our trip, and it truly is an excellent spot for breakfast or an afternoon coffee. The staff are very friendly.

A very nice bakery and pastry shop. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I recommend the butter logs... (made with real butter)... yum yum!

Ordered on October 9, 2025 morning for a loaf of sandwich bread. Warm and very professional telephone reception. Appointment made for 3:00 p.m. When I arrived, she (thin, brunette, pink top, hair in a ponytail or bun) very smiley actually put my bread aside despite my 2 hours late. I ordered 1 Paris-Brest and 1 mille-feuille from her colleague (more fleshy, mid-length brown hair) who, on the other hand, seemed stressed. She couldn't find the box the size of the 2 cakes and seemed to be using the cash register for the first time. Maybe a brand new employee?? Unless it was the presence of the 3rd colleague (in her fifties, sour look) who seemed to "put pressure" on her by looking down on her (too much). Luckily the young brunette brought her smile to lighten the mood!!

Lots of choice, and maybe that's precisely the problem! I feel like the majority of products aren't really made on-site, but rather industrialized. I used to work in the industry, and believe me, a bakery that makes everything on-site can't offer that much variety. However, what I did have was good, I must admit, and of higher quality than that of the supermarkets. It's becoming increasingly difficult to navigate, as large manufacturers manage to create products from production lines that give the illusion of having been made by an artisan.

Excellent quality products; I wanted to buy everything. You can tell it's homemade, which is becoming rare these days. Beautiful presentation and a great variety of products!

Very warm welcome with a smile. We tried the pastries on site and sandwiches to take away during our return trip from Switzerland and I highly recommend it.
