Excellent discovery, plant-based cuisine (a vegetarian menu, probably vegan, to be confirmed..) sought after with great combinations and an increase in power throughout the meal. The ultra local aspect with a visit to the garden as a preamble is a real plus. I will put a downside on the service (I think it's our server): presentation of the dishes very succinct, little information on how to taste, never asked if everything was going well or if we liked a dish. .. in short, I will return with pleasure but hope to find another server.

Very disappointed by the experience from which we expected a lot...
a menu entitled plant-based, made us imagine a starred menu entirely plant-based without animal products but that was not the case.
We were offered a vegan adaptation, which delighted us but the proposal was very disappointing.
The products in the second course were the same in the 3rd course.
In short, disappointed.
no wow.

I loved the tour of their endless vegetable garden before dinner. Ate the vegetarian menu (vegetables of their own production) and drank wines suggested by the sommelier. Fantastic experience.

Das Essen war sehr Kräuter lästig . Dafür , dass dieses Restaurant einen Michelin Stern hat, war das Essen wenig beeindruckend. Jedenfalls geschmacklich . Wir würden nicht noch mal hingehen.
