A pleasant surprise! The value for money exceeded our expectations. The appetizer platters were generous, as were the main courses. The waitress was attentive, and we had a wonderful time with friends.

We had a wonderful evening, aptly named "Barbecue with Friends." The atmosphere was fantastic thanks to a local jazz band that played throughout dinner. The food was a delight! The all-you-can-eat buffet concept for appetizers and desserts is brilliant. Everything looked tempting, as you can see in my photos (cured meats, deviled eggs, crudités, etc.), and the dessert buffet was equally tempting (tarts, chocolate mousse, verrines, etc.). The main course was very generous, with three delicious and substantial skewers (sausage, beef, and chicken). As barbecue enthusiasts, we were in heaven! Thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome, friendliness, and dedication. A special mention to Marine, who was particularly lovely and attentive. We will definitely be back; I highly recommend it!

Absolute Perfection! A Must-Try Culinary Delight in Le Mans I had an incredible dining experience tonight at La Chicane - Brasserie Maison, located inside the Novotel Le Mans. Everything was absolutely amazing, but the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Roast duckling fillet with sweet and sour rosemary sauce. It was cooked to absolute perfection—incredibly tender, juicy, and flavor-packed. The sweet and sour rosemary sauce was a masterpiece, balancing the richness of the duck beautifully. It was so incredibly delicious that I could honestly eat it over and over again! The only regret I have is that I am leaving tomorrow, otherwise I would definitely come back for round two. The Best Duck Dish I've Had in Le Mans Tonight, I had a wonderful dinner at "La Chicane - Brasserie Maison," a restaurant located inside the Novotel Le Mans. What particularly impressed me was the main course I ordered: "Roast duckling fillet with sweet and sour rosemary sauce." The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, and it was so delicious I was speechless! The rosemary sauce, with its perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, brought out the best in the duck's flavor, and it's a taste I would truly want to repeat again and again. Unfortunately, I have to leave tomorrow, so I'm really sad that I won't be able to come back and eat it again.
