Absolute Perfection! A Must-Try Culinary Delight in Le Mans I had an incredible dining experience tonight at La Chicane - Brasserie Maison, located inside the Novotel Le Mans. Everything was absolutely amazing, but the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Roast duckling fillet with sweet and sour rosemary sauce. It was cooked to absolute perfection—incredibly tender, juicy, and flavor-packed. The sweet and sour rosemary sauce was a masterpiece, balancing the richness of the duck beautifully. It was so incredibly delicious that I could honestly eat it over and over again! The only regret I have is that I am leaving tomorrow, otherwise I would definitely come back for round two. The Best Duck Dish I've Had in Le Mans Tonight, I had a wonderful dinner at "La Chicane - Brasserie Maison," a restaurant located inside the Novotel Le Mans. What particularly impressed me was the main course I ordered: "Roast duckling fillet with sweet and sour rosemary sauce." The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, and it was so delicious I was speechless! The rosemary sauce, with its perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, brought out the best in the duck's flavor, and it's a taste I would truly want to repeat again and again. Unfortunately, I have to leave tomorrow, so I'm really sad that I won't be able to come back and eat it again. This is a fantastic restaurant that I absolutely recommend to anyone staying at the hotel, and especially to anyone visiting Le Mans. I wholeheartedly recommend it! 🦆✨🍽️

We had a wonderful time at La Chicane following our business trip, as always. We're regulars and are always just as satisfied. The setting is lovely, the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented, made with high-quality ingredients. The service is impeccable from start to finish. A big thank you also to the entire team, who are always welcoming, smiling, and professional. There's a truly great atmosphere and a real focus on customer service, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful place that we recommend without hesitation!

The fifth star in the kitchen was just a touch more heat for the burger. Otherwise, everything else was perfect, and kudos to the staff for their smiles and friendliness.

The food was very good, despite a short wait due to the small number of customers. Order errors were corrected quickly.

Decent quality, friendly and attentive waiters, 24 Hours of Le Mans/Steve McQueen decor is great!!

We had brunch on Sunday morning; the atmosphere was pleasant. The sweet brunch was very good (cakes, pastries, rice pudding, pancakes, etc.), however, the savory brunch was rather disappointing (no bacon, and the savory buffet wasn't suitable, with only beetroot and rice salad). For €29, we wouldn't necessarily return.

Sunday brunch is delicious and varied

We had dinner as a group of six and we all thoroughly enjoyed our dishes, which were all different. The squid with parsley and garlic, the fish, the desserts—frankly, a very pleasant surprise. It's the restaurant at the Novotel hotel, and the decor and acoustics are excellent. A very pleasant surprise indeed.

A wonderful welcome and genuine kindness. The brunch buffet was extensive, with fresh and delicious products. I highly recommend it!
