Perfect place for a little sunbathing on the terrace...we wanted to go to Grandma Bigoude's counter but disgusted by the behavior of one of the waitresses...in the end the chocolate factory is a very beautiful place, it's good and the waiters are very nice. THANKS

Amazing giant macarons! My son's loved them! Friendly service, great coffee and a lovely little free sweet treat with your drink.

Our little corner where we come every day or for a drink or an ice cream. Too bad the waiters' smiles and kindness are missing.

Very good place to come and taste the famous Chartres macaroons. I've been there several times. I tested both formats and I prefer the large macarons, they give the impression of eating a real cake inside the macaron. My favorites were the choconuts, coconut and salted butter caramel. There is room to sit inside or outside

Une enseigne particulièrement à recommander, un responsable très empathique avec son personnel et la clientèle, un personnel très à la hauteur ( bonne humeur, disponibilité, empathie……. Professionnalisme définissent les qualités intrinsèques de l’ensemble des professionnels quelque soit leur grade). Un responsable qui répond très largement aux attentes et besoins qu’une telle enseigne doit avoir ( personnel avec des valeurs professionnelles et éducatives incontestables et un patron au top )

Hello everyone I have been a customer for several years with my friend just to say that the chocolate factory is a very pleasant place to relax to drink a coffee eat a macaroon with family and friends the location is great the rest too (welcome, efficiency of the staff , atmosphere, very reasonable price because drinking quality coffee on a terrace in the sun for less than two euros it's impossible to find that in Chartres, the best also the homemade ice creams, in summer it's perfect, in short I recommend the chocolate shop in 100% (finally a boss who manages his establishment very well and the staff also very rare in Chartres)

A first server who takes the order, that's fine! No card proposal!!!, And when we are served, after 15 minutes a not polite waitress comes to take the bottles without saying hello, do you want me to take the bottles away for you? No, she picks them up, puts one down and slams it on the table!!!! Frankly lacks good manners...and politeness!!! .when you pinch her she makes a smile?????? the best croc to serve!! Honestly, next time we'll go to the neighbor's!!!
