La Cle des Champs sur Gerardmer

Cadre montagne - noël très recherché et superbement décoré . Restaurant complet ce dimanche , mais service assez rapide malgré tout . Fromage et charcuterie délicieux , très agréable repas . Petit bémol pour un client qui ne surveillait pas suffisamment son grand chien dont la tête se retrouvait au niveau de nos assiettes . Un rappel a été nécessaire .

Déjà la devanture donne envie, c’est magnifique ! Des fleurs, des peluches, des anges, des lumières. 😍 J’ai réservé une table pour un dimanche soir, pour 2 adultes + 1 bébé, en début de service à 19h, rien à dire non plus. Nous avons pris la fondue au fromage (délicieuse) servie avec le poêlon (environ 23€/pers), une assiette de charcuterie en supplément (7€). Le personnel est professionnel, sympathique. J’ai voulu laisser un poiré boire en CB mais ce n’est pas possible donc à prévoir : de la monnaie ! Je recommande sans hésiter.

Well decorated restaurant and good meal but staff not very friendly and don't know how to say goodbye

We recently had dinner at “La Clé des Champs” in Gérardmer and were delighted with our experience. We opted for the €34 menu and each dish was a delight. The starter, in particular, the trout rillettes, was absolutely divine and really marked the start of our meal in a memorable way. The main course, a pierrade of three meats (poultry, beef and veal), allowing us to cook the meats to our liking directly at the table. The wine was exquisite and accompanied our dishes perfectly. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive which made our evening even more enjoyable. The restaurant's warm and welcoming decor creates the perfect ambiance for a relaxing dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through Gérardmer. We will return without hesitation!

Very nice traditional restaurant. Very welcoming staff. The dishes are a delight. A downside. Service too fast between aperitif and main course. But nothing serious.

We took the "thatched menu": nothing to say about the starter (varied raw vegetables and cold meats) and the dessert (blueberry tart). Big downside on the grated donuts, which actually are not grated donuts but small pancakes probably made from mashed potatoes, not fresh daily, because they are rubbery! In short, not good at all; It doesn't reflect a good Vosges donut at all. Recipe to absolutely review! Damage !
