I called this hotel for my parents who were on the road to Italy, I would like to point out that I called on August 21 around 2 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. I say this because I want to thank with all my heart the kindness from the receptionist who answered the phone and took care of them, thank you also for your professionalism (unfortunately I don't know her first name). My parents told me that their room is very pretty, super clean, quiet, and that their dinner was excellent! Phew, what a relief to know that they ate well and slept well during such a long journey!
