The two terraces are superb.
The enchantment continues with the warm, professional, and efficient service from the team.
The food is very good, and the prices are very reasonable compared to Beaune.
Nice selection of wines.
There's nothing to change; the brasserie spirit is perfectly captured in this establishment, which we highly recommend.

After a lovely visit to the Hospices, a little tasting break was in order... We arrived at the end of lunch service, received a courteous welcome, and were seated on the terrace in this pretty square. The cheese platter to share was delicious, accompanied by a glass of Burgundy of course, and the small ice cream was perfect on this hot day!!

Everything is here for a pleasant experience, except for one small drawback: the passing cars, as the square isn't a pedestrian zone.
Apart from that, the welcome is very warm, the service efficient, and the food is delicious, so I have very fond memories of my visit.

Honestly, what I appreciate most in a restaurant is the atmosphere among the staff. And despite a full terrace, the team was fantastic! From the staff to the managers who were desperately looking for help, everyone kept smiling and remained pleasant. It was truly a joy to see.
In short, a great time, a great atmosphere, and a top-notch team. 😊

I'm very surprised by some of the negative reviews. We were there in early August with four adults, a five-year-old, and a baby, and we had a wonderful meal. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. The staff was attentive, and the owner was accommodating without being intrusive. A high chair was available for our daughter, and our son thoroughly enjoyed his meal. They even offered to take us upstairs to change our baby's diaper. Thank you for this relaxing experience.

Very basic restaurant, the beef tartare was good but the fries were insufficient, the pizzas were average (the egg in the calzone was undercooked) and there were few toppings.
We also found the service extremely slow.

I had the Bolognese sauce and a pizza. Both were very tasty, although the Bolognese sauce was a bit small for my taste (but I do eat a lot). Overall, highly recommended!

It was a good experience; we had no problems with the service. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was also delicious.
P.S.: Don't order carbonara; it's not carbonara.
